  • Small Items: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Large Items: Delivered within 7-14 business days.
  • Customized Items: Delivered within 10-18 business days.
    Delivery times may vary depending on availability and public holidays.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Free return carriage is provided for eligible items, as specified on the product page.
  • Timescale: Requests for returns must be submitted within 2-3 days of receipt.

Exchanges

  • Standard Items: Eligible for exchange within 3-5 days if undamaged and in original condition.
  • Customized Products: Non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless a defect is identified.
  • Final Sale Items: Non-returnable or refundable unless damage is reported before the item is receipted.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and report damage before receipting the item.
  • Couriers are responsible for delivery only. Installation is not included.

Refund Timescale

  • Online Card Payments: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunded as store credit for future purchases.

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected at the warehouse.
